老工业基地振兴中的产业集群发展——英国的政策与经验

On the Industrial Cluster Development during the Promotion of the Old Industry Base

促进产业集群发展是老工业基地实现转型和振兴的重要战略。借鉴英国威尔士、伯明翰和格拉斯哥三个地区的产业集群发展政策,中国老工业基地振兴也应以推动新兴产业集群与传统产业集群共同发展为方向。

Promoting the industrial cluster development is the important strategy of the old industry base realizing the change and promotion. By researching three regional industry cluster development policys, we find that our old industry base should oriented the common development of pushing new industry cluster and improving the traditional industry cluster.
