Reason and Countermeasures of Enterprises' Finance Management Defect

目前,我国中小企业财务管理存在诸多问题,融资难、担保难仍然制约着企业的发展;管理模式僵化,观念陈旧,账目不清、信息失真、财务管理混乱等更是阻碍企业壮大的桎梏。因此,中小企业必须转变观念,建立有效可行的财务管理体系,优化财务结构,努力降低财务风险。

Now, there are many problems existing in the finance management of the middle-and-small enterprises, such as difficulty financing and guarantee, which limit the enterprises＇ management. The rigid management mode, old concept, unclear account, information distrotion and chaotic finance management will prevent enterprises＇ growth. So, the middle-and-small enter-prises must change idea, set up the feasible and effective finance management system, optimize the finance structure and try to decrease the finance venture.
