摘要
可编程控制器是当代工业自动化的三大支柱(包括计算机辅助设计与加工、机器人和可编程控制器)之一。在其产生初期,主要用于逻辑控制的场合;而如今已进入包括过程控制、位置控制等场合的控制领域。针对可编程控制器的发展现状,本文提出了一种利用西门子公司的S7-300系列PLC的编程软件STEP 7及组态软件WinCC开发并实现PID控制的方法,结果表明该方法操作方便,画面直观,且可靠性高。
PLC is one of three mainstay including CAD/CAM, robot and PLC in the field of industry automation now. At the beginning of its production, PLC was mainly used in occasian of logic control. At present, PLC has entered the field of process control and position control. According to the development of PLC, a method of exploitation and realization of PID control system using STEP 7 which is programming software of S7-300 from Siemens and WinCC which is a configuration software of S7-300 is put forward in this paper. Results showed that the method is convenient for operation and has intuitionistic picture surface and high reliability.
