本文分析了电气工程及自动化专业学生实习现状,从实习基地建设思路、实习基地的建设规划及实习基地建设实施等三个方面进行了有益探讨。阐述了建设"参观实习基地-模拟仿真实习基地-实际操作实习基地"多层次的递进式建设思路。并在我校的电气工程及自动化专业实习基地建设过程中进行了实践,取得了良好的效果。

Study situation of electrical engineering and its automation major academicians are analyzed in the paper. Three aspects are discussed in the paper, including practice base construction idea, practice base construction plan and practice base construction applying. Mult-level and progressive construction idea, including visiting practice base, simulation practice base and actual operating practice base is exponded. It is practiced in practice base construction of electrical engineering and its automation major of our university and obtains good effects.
