摘要
本文结合实验教学改革的探索与实践,阐述了改革的若干依据与基本思路,综合利用当今先进的计算机网络、软件和自动化等多学科技术构建了基于网络实验室的实验教学模式与实验室建设方案,有效的解决了传统实验教学中的诸多问题。该网络实验室运用OPC技术建立工业接口规范,用于集成工业以太网、现场总线、集散控制系统等多种异构控制网络数据,实现了实验室异构控制网络数据的统一管理和集中监控。
According to the exploring and practice of experiment teaching reform, this paper describes several bases and basic ideas, proposes the experiment teaching pattern and laboratory construction scheme based on network laboratory by synthetically making use of current advanced computer, network, software, automation and so on. This proves to be an effective solution of the problems of traditional experiment teaching. This network laboratory establishes the standard interface specifications of industry by OPC to integrate isomeric control network data including industrial Ethernet, Factory Control System (FCS), and Distributed Control System(DCS) etc. The management and supervisory of isomeric control network laboratory are realized.
