According to advanced digital network video monitoring technology and network experiment equipment, a system of experiment teaching and management based on open electrical and electronics experiment is designed in this paper. Using this system, we can complete the remote experiment teaching, standardize experiment management, save the human resources, and raise the level of experiment teaching and management completely. The experiment platform indicated that the students can choose their own experiment time and subjects, which gives the students space and platform for individual development.
