摘要 建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定柿(Diospyros kaki Linn.f.)叶中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量。采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:V(甲醇):V(0.2%磷酸水溶液)=87:13;流速:0.8mE/rain;检测波长:210nm;柱温:30℃。齐墩果酸进样量在0.0848-1.696μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996,平均加样回收率为101.3%;熊果酸进样量在0.1408-2.816μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9995,平均加样回收率为99.0%。3批样品测定结果表明,本法可作为柿叶中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量测定的方法。 A RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in persimmon leaves was established. Kromasil Cls column (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm) was used as the chromatographic column, and methanol-0.2% aqueous solution of phosphoric acid (87: 13) was used as the mobile phase running with a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 210 nm and the temperature of the column was 30 ℃. The linear rangers for oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 0.0848 - 1.696μg (r=0.9996) and 0.1408-2.816μg (r=0.9995), respectively. The average recoveries of the procedure were 101.3% for oleanolic acid and 99.0% for ursolic acid. The determination results of the three batches of samples show that the method is easy and accurate, and it can be used for the determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in persimmon leaves.
