新型三唑氮杂环β-环糊精固定相的制备及其气相色谱性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 制备了一种新的含氮三唑类β-环糊精固定相2,6-二-O-戊基-3-O-亚甲基-[1-(1,2,4)-三唑基]-β-环糊精,对其气相色谱分离性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,固定相具有较强的色谱分离能力,氯甲苯、二氯苯等难分离的芳香族位置异构体和含两个手性中心的拟除虫菊酯对映异构体均得到了很好的分离。该固定相是一种有应用前景的气相色谱固定相。 A new heterocyclic β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) derivative, 2, 6-di-O-pentyl-3-O-methylene-[1-(1,2,4)-tri- azolyl]-β-CD, has been prepared, and coated on capillary column as stationary phase in gas chromatography. The chromatographic property was studied, which showed good separation ability and chiral recognition for some of analytes not only the aromatic positional isomers, such as o-, m-, p- chlorotoluene and dichlorobenzene isomers, but also some compounds with two-stereogenic centers, such as pyrethroic derivatives, were well separated. It is expected that the prepared stationary phase would be widely used in future.
