环境样品中农药啶虫脒的荧光动力学分析 被引量:1

Determination of trace pesticide acetamiprid in environmental samples by kinetic fluorimetric method

摘要 酸性条件下,痕量农药啶虫脒的存在对Fenton试剂(Fe(Ⅱ)+H2O2)氧化罗丹明6G促其荧光猝灭具有明显的抑制作用,EDTA的加入,使啶虫脒在一定浓度范围内与荧光阻尼强度大小呈现良好线性关系,同时增加了体系的稳定性和灵敏度。据此建立了一种测定农药啶虫脒的荧光动力学新方法。系统考察了各种因素对体系灵敏度的影响。在最佳条件下,啶虫脒浓度在0.24~1.6μg/mL范围内与AF呈现良好线性关系,方法的检出限为0.062μg/mL,方法可用于环境水样、土壤和河底泥样品的测定。 In the acidic medium, Fenton reagent (Fe(Ⅱ) + H2O2) oxidizes rhodamine 6G to make the fluorescence quench. However, the trace pesticide acetamiprid has obvious inhibitory on the reaction, and this inhibitory has a good linear relationship with the concentration of acetamiprid after the addition of EDTA. The stabilization and the sensitivity have also been improved. Based on this observation, a novel kinetic fluorimetric method for the determination of acetamiprid was proposed. The effects of several factors were investigated systematically. Under the optimum conditions, the linear range for the determination of acetamiprid is 0.24-1.6 μg/mL, the detection limit is 0.062 μg/mL. The presented method was applied to the detennination of acetamiprid in environmental soil and water samples with satisfactory results.
