摘要
对外压锥壳设计中外压作用下锥壳自身的稳定性设计、锥壳上加强圈的设置以及锥壳与圆筒连接处的强度和稳定性设计这3个问题进行了分析探讨。分析认为,外压作用下锥壳自身的稳定性设计应按锥壳两端连接处是否作为支撑线而分别进行设计。给出了外压作用下锥壳设置加强圈的个数与位置的确定方法。通过详细分析外压锥壳与圆筒连接处的强度和稳定性,提出了连接处加强段惯性矩的计算方法。
Several problems were discussed in design of external pressure conical section. Firstly, instability analysis and calculation of conical section were discussed. Secondly, setting of reinforcing rings was analyzed, and the number and the location of reinforcing rings were discovered. Finally,the strength and stability about the joint of conical section and cylinder were discussed in detail. In this joint,the design of reinforcing rings was analyzed,and the moment of inertia of combined reinforcing section areas was calculated.
