皮肤光老化分子生物学指标的相关性研究及治疗 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过研究皮肤光老化分子生物学指标的相关性,进而探讨第三代视黄酸他扎罗汀对皮肤光老化的临床预防及治疗作用。方法:使用免疫组化方法检测MMP-1、c-Jun及ICAM-1在他扎罗汀治疗前后光老化皮肤中的表达水平的差异,进而探讨MMP-1、c-Jun及ICAM-1对皮肤光老化的影响以及三种因子之间的相关性。结果:他扎罗汀治疗后,MMP-1、C-Jun和ICAM-1表达强度均显著低于治疗前表达强度(P<0.01);MMP-1与c-Jun、MMP-1与ICAM-1在光老化皮肤中的表达强度均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:1.他扎罗汀软膏可降低光老化皮肤中的MMP-1表达水平,可作为延缓和治疗皮肤光老化的有效药物;2.光老化皮肤中MMP-1的表达水平不仅与C-Jun的表达密切相关,也可能受ICAM-1表达水平的影响,具体的机制有待进一步研究。 Objective:Explore the role of the third generation retinoic acid tazarotene in clinical prevention and treatment by investigating the relativity among molecular biological indices of skin photoageing.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was employed to determine different expression of matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1),c-Jun and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in photoaged skin before and after administration of tazarotene,and further discuss the relativity among MMP-1,c-Jun and ICAM-1.Results:After treatment of tazarotene,the expressions of MMP-1,c-Jun and ICAM-1 were significantly lower than that before treatment(P〈0.01);The expressions between MMP-1 and C-Jun was positively correlated(P〈0.01),and the same for MMP-1 and ICAM-1(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Tazarotene can decrease the expression of MMP-1,and be used as a potent drug in treatment of skin photoageing;In photoaged skin the expression of MMP-1 was not only closely correlated with the expression of c-Jun,but also may be influenced by ICAM-1.The specific mechanism still need to be investigated.
