This paper describes the current situation of coal slurry system and its effect on main operation of Jining No.2 coal preparation plant. The dynamic prediction was done based on the establish of mathematical model that predicting the slurry content in coal slurry system, so that guaranteed the coal slurry system operated stability and then realized scientifically and timely directing of production.
