The Design Features of the 360m^2 Sinter at Masteel's New Area

马钢新区2台360m2烧结机同时设计、同时施工、同时投产,总图布置紧凑,场地面积利用率高。采用厚料层烧结工艺,带冷机废气余热回收,炼钢污泥及除尘灰综合利用,烧结过程自动控制等技术。主体设备烧结机采用不对称BFT型拉杆式半悬挂结构的多点啮合柔性传动;设计开发了国内最大的水平式带冷机。

Designed, constructed and put into production simultaneously, the two 360m^2 sinters of Masteel＇s New Area were compactly laid out with high space utilization. Advanced technologies such as thick bed sintering process, waste-heat recovery with belt cooler, comprehensive utilization of steel sludge and automatic control of sintering process were adopted. The main equipment of the sinter uses multi-point geared flexible drive of asymmetric BFT rod semi-suspension structure. The horizontal belt-cooler developed and designed for the project is the largest one in the country.
