Analysis of the Production Efficiency of Good Quality Wheat in County Region Ⅱ.Investigation on Demonstration Efficiency of Good Quality Wheat in Qishan County of Shaanxi Province

为了给优质小麦品种的生产、示范和推广提供依据,以国家审定品种小偃503为材料,以陕西关中平原岐山县10个小麦主产乡镇示范点为基地,研究小偃503的生产优势、籽粒品质变化,分析其示范效果。结果表明,示范田生产的小麦达到了国家优质强筋小麦标准,籽粒品质整体优于农户田间样品和当地商品小麦,且性状相对均匀一致,有利于加工企业加工优质产品;小偃503的品质性状在年度之间和地点之间变异系数较大。这些结果说明,不能忽视优质小麦的生产管理措施;通过优质小麦生产示范,可以大批量生产优质小麦原料。

Good quality wheat variety is defined by the kernel property which is suitable to make a food type, and has high economic and ecological benefits. The production situation and efficiency of good quality wheat varieties are problem that are valuable to trace and study. In this experiment, wheat variety Xiaoyan 503 as good quality variety was studied at 10 demonstration fields with a scale of 100 Mu （1 Mu=1/ 15 ha） in 10 towns of Qishan county. The kernel productivity potential and kernel quality stability of the wheat variety were studied, and the demonstration efficiency was analyzed. The results showed that the wheat kernel quality produced from the demonstration fields reached national good quality wheat standards. Between years and between towns, there were larger variation coefficients in the quality properties of Xiaoyan 503. Therefore, the production and management measures for good quality wheat could not be ignored. The kernel quality of Xiaoyan 503 harvested in the demonstration fields was relatively uniform, so that processing enterprises could enhance processing efficiency, and ensure product quality. Production demonstration of good quality wheat helps to provide large scale good quality wheat products.
