县域优质小麦生产效果分析 Ⅲ.陕西省岐山县商品小麦质量调查

Analysis of the Production Efficiency of Good Quality Wheat in County Region Ⅲ.Investigation on Wheat Quality Properties of State Silos in Qishan County,Shaanxi

为了探明优质小麦在一个县域范围的发展变化情况，以陕西省岐山县优质小麦示范区3年11～12个粮食贮备库商品小麦质量变化为依据，对该县优质小麦生产和示范效果进行了跟踪研究。结果表明，调查年份该县商品小麦品质性状有所改善，表现为蛋白质含量有逐年提高的趋势，粉质参数中的软化度明显降低，面粉质量值有所改进，虽然优质示范田小麦样品品质明显优于商品小麦，但优质小麦示范和推广对商品小麦的质量改进效果迟缓。建议在建设优质小麦基地时，应考虑持续推广一组优质小麦品种；除了改进优质小麦的生产技术外，管理和政策因素的改善也越来越迫切。

The effectiveness of demonstration and extension for good quality wheat should be measured by how far to meet the demands on the market and consumption. And the improvement of wheat quality in demonstration region is one of important evaluation properties. This research based on the investigation on the wheat quality analysis of 12, 12, 11 state silos in demonstration region of Qishan county during 3 years. The results showed that the protein content increased year by year during 3 years, and the softening degree of Farinograms reduced significantly, the quality value of flour improved, and the improving effectiveness of demonstration and extension of good quality wheat variety on the commercial quality in state silos was relatively slower. A group of good quality wheat varieties should be considered to extend continu- ally when establishing the demonstration region of good quality wheat. The production of good quality wheat was affected by the factors of management and policy more and more, except the factors of technique.
