茄子子房内源激素含量与单性结实的关系 被引量:9

摘要 以单性结实品系D1和非单性结实品系N1为试材,进行授粉和未授粉处理,研究茄子子房(幼果)内的内源激素的变化与单性结实性的关系。结果表明:D1未授粉与授粉处理4种内源激素的变化趋势基本一致,即随着花后天数的增加,IAA、ZR、ABA的含量逐渐升高,而GA含量在花后4d达到最高值,后又迅速下降。对于非单性结实品系N1,授粉可使子房内源激素IAA、GA、ZR、ABA水平急剧上升,而未授粉的子房内源生长促进类激素含量较低,生长抑制类激素ABA相对却一直保持较高水平。授粉处理中IAA、GA、ZR和ABA含量分别为未授粉的14.5倍、3倍、4.5和2倍。D1授粉与未授粉处理以及N1授粉处理,在开花前后ABA/(IAA+GA+ZR)>1,而N1未授粉处理的ABA/(IAA+GA+ZR)<1。N1在开花前子房内ABA/(IAA+GA+ZR)的比值就高于D1。可见,授粉刺激对单性结实品系内源激素含量影响较小,但对非单性结实品系影响较大。 The relationship between endogenous hormone and parthenocarpy were studied in the pollinated and unpollinated fruitlets of eggplant parthenoearpy line D1and non-parthenocarpy line N1. The result showed that: as same as in unpollinated D1, the contents of IAA, ZR and ABA increased gradually in pollinated D1 after flowering. The contents of GA 4 days after flowering was the highest than that in other days. Pollination could induce the contents of 4 endogenous hormone to hoik in N1. The level growth activator ABA was higher than growth inhibitors in unpollinated N1. The contents of IAA, GA,ZR and ABA in pollinated N1 is 14.5, 3, 4.5 and 2 times the content of that in unpollinated N1. In both two unpollinated lines and in pollinated N1 ABA/ (IAA+GA+ZR)〉1, while ABA/(IAA+GA+ZR)〈1 in unpollinated N1. The value of ABA/(IAA+GA+ZR) in N1 was higher than that in D1. The resuhs obtained indicated that: the influence of pollination on the content of endogenous hormone in parthenoearpy line was less than that in non-parthenocarpy line. The value of ABA/(IAA+GA+ZR) in the fruitlets could be referenced to select the parthenogenetic lines. The balance between growth-promoting hormone and growth-restraining hormone was good for the growth of parthenocarpic ovaries.
