摘要 为深入分析不同花生脱壳方式的脱壳机理和研究冲击式花生脱壳力学特性,在微机控制的跌落式冲击试验台上,对不同品种、几何尺寸、受力位置、含水率的带壳花生进行了冲击试验,测得了花生破壳力大小。结果表明:含水率、受力位置、品种对花生壳破裂力的影响极显著,几何尺寸对花生壳破裂力影响不显著。含水率6.8%的花生荚果的破壳力最小,约35.02N;立放最小,约36.03N;花育23的破壳力最小,约39.79N。 In order to further analyze peanut shelling principle and study peanut mechanical performance under impacting effect, an impacting experiment about mechanical performance of peanut with different varieties, different sizes, different placed ways and different moisture content was finished on the fall-impact test platform controlled by computer, and force of peanut shelling was determined. The results showed that the effects of moisture content, placed ways and peanut variety to peanut shelling force were extremely significant but the effect of size was not significant.Under 6.8%moisture content, the minimum force of peanut shellbreaking was about 35.02N. When placed way was top, the minimum force of peanut shell-breaking was about 36.03N; when variety was Huayu 23, the minimum force of peanut shell-breaking was about 39.79N.
