摘要
目的:研究经前期综合征(PMS)肝气逆证猕猴模型及其用药、复健后血清与尿中去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量变化。方法:运用情志刺激结合挤压造模的方法制备PMS肝气逆证猕猴模型,并用毛细管电泳法对造模组、造模给药组、复健组猕猴血、尿中NE进行检测。结果:在经前期,造模组NE含量升高,造模给药组、复健组较造模组NE含量降低,造模给药前后猕猴宏观表现有很大变化。结论:猕猴造模前后NE含量有显著性差异,经前平颗粒对NE有调节作用,PMS肝气逆证宏观表现与NE的含量升高有关。
Objective:To study the norepinephrine levels in serum and urine during the drug treatment as well as recovery in premenstrual syndrome(PMS)rhesus monkey models. Methods: The liver-Qi inversion rhesus monkey models were obtained with emotional stimulation and extrusion.The norepinephrine levels in serum and urine in the model group,drug treatment group and recovery group were measured by capillary electrophoresis. Resuhs:In premenstrual period,norepinephrine levels increased in model group but those decreased in drug treatment group and recovery group. The behavior of rhesus monkey was changed obviously after treated with Jinqianping granule. Conclusion:The norepinephrine levels before and after modeling changed significantly. Jingqianping granule can regulate norepinephrine levels. Behavior changed in PMS liver-Qi inversion is related to the elevation of norepinephrine level.
