摘要
提出了一种新颖的基于希尔伯特-黄变换(Hilbert-Huang transformation,HHT)的瞬时能量分布特征抽取方法,用于识别汽轮发电机组转子系统的不同运行状态(如正常及油膜涡动故障等)。理论上分析了瞬时能量与系统结构状态变化的物理联系,借助HHT方法,获取非平稳振动信号的瞬时能量分布特征,并根据瞬时能量相对贡献的量化方法消除噪声等干扰因素,采用相关系数法对瞬时能量分布特征的典型性进行论证分析,给出了基于瞬时能量分布特征的汽轮发电机组转子系统故障诊断的新方法。实验结果证明了该方法的有效性。
In order to catch typical fault characteristics of a rotor of a steam turbine generator set under nonlinear and nonstable states,a new instantaneous energy(IE) distribution characteristics extraction method based on Hilbert-Huang transformation(HHT) was presented have,it was used to recognize different operating states(such as,normal state or oil whip,et al.The physical relationship between instantaneous energy and structural state variation of a system was analyzed theoretically.With HHT,the instantaneous energy distribution feature of an unstable vibration signal was obtained,according to the relative contribution qdcmtization method of the instantaneous energy,its noise was eliminated,the typical character of the instantaneous energy was dicussed using correlative coefficients.A new fault diagnosis method for a rotor of a steam turbine generator set based on instantaneous energy distribution feature was established.The experimental results showed that this proposed method is effective.
