摘要
为有利于电信运营者高效、可靠地规划电信网络，通过对接入网和Ｖ５接口的分析，并结合光纤接入的特点，讨论了接入网Ｖ５．
ITUT had drawn out an interface standard named V5.2 years.It is an open interface between user equipment and local exchange and will bring out an important reform in the access network.This paper discussed the technique of V5.2 interface and give out an implementation design of AN equipment.
