摘要
大量的文献和各国经济发展的实践证明,产业结构与就业结构的关系密不可分.针对产业结构是多因素变量的特点,运用灰色关联分析方法,分析了安徽省产业结构升级及三次产业内部结构对劳动力就业的影响,揭示了安徽省产业结构调整过程中存在的问题及扩大就业力度存在的障碍,并提出促进就业结构良性发展的建议.
It is demonstrated in literatures and the experiences of western countries that industrial structures are relevant to employment. Industrial upgrading aiming industrial structure reform is affected by various factors, such as employment. By using grey relational analysis, this paper analyzes the influences of industrial structure optimization and updating and three industrial internal structures on the labor employment in Anhui province. It points out that there exist some problems in the course of industrial structure optimization and some disadvantages to stop expanding employment, and than advances some suggestions on promoting the benign development of employment structure.
