摘要
目的:观察成年大鼠创伤性脑损伤后齿状回神经细胞新生的变化。方法:将雄性Wistar大鼠分为假手术组和液压打击脑创伤组,使用5-溴脱氧尿核苷(BrdU)标记新生细胞,免疫组织化学方法观察脑损伤后大鼠齿状回神经细胞新生水平的变化和规律。结果:成年大鼠创伤性脑损伤后,在第3、7、14天,创伤组齿状回BrdU免疫阳性细胞数较假手术组明显增加(P<0.05),以受伤侧齿状回变化最显著。结论:创伤性脑损伤可促进齿状回神经细胞新生。
Objective: To investigate the effects of focal brain injury on neurogenesis in the dentate gyrus of adult rats. Methods: The lateral fluid percussion brain injury models were made and the dynamic expression of BrdU were determined by immunocytochemistry. Results: Compared with the controls,the number of BrdU -positive cells after cerebral injury increased significantly on the 3d, 7d, 14d. Density analysis of BrdU immunoreactive cells showed that the number of BrdU immunoreactive cells in the injured ipsilateral dentate gyrus increased significantly compared with injured contralateral dentate gyrus. Conclusion: Focal brain injury can significantly stimulated neurogenesis in the dentate gyrus of adult rats.
