摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜技术在小儿消化性溃疡穿孔(d<10mm)中的治疗价值。方法:回顾性分析2000年6月～2008年7月期间42例经腹腔镜及开腹手术治疗的消化性溃疡穿孔患儿的治疗过程。结果:两组患儿手术时间,穿孔大小比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。腹腔镜组手术治疗的患儿术中出血量、术后肠蠕动恢复时间,住院时间及并发症均优于开腹手术组。结论:腹腔镜修补小儿消化性溃疡穿孔安全、可靠;与传统开腹术式相比腹腔镜创伤小,恢复快,住院时间短,外形美观。
Objective： To compare the efficacy of laparoscopic repair for perforated peptic ulcer （d〈10 mm） in children with that of open procedure, nethods：A total clinical data of 42 children with perforated peptic ulcer undergoing surgical treatment from June 2000 to July 2008 were reviewed.
