纤维蛋白封闭剂封堵法在治疗小儿慢性窦道及瘘管中的应用

The applications of fibrin sealant on Children's chronic sinus and fistula

目的:探讨应用纤维蛋白封闭剂封堵法治疗小儿慢性窦道及瘘管的效果。方法:回顾性分析15例慢性窦道或瘘管患儿,在行窦道或瘘管清理后应用纤维蛋白封闭剂封堵治疗。结果:在15例患儿中,14例封堵1次成功,1例封堵2次后治愈,治疗效果满意。结论:应用纤维蛋白封闭剂封堵法治疗小儿慢性窦道及瘘管,治疗时间短,痛苦小,效果好,可以作为治疗该病的方法之一。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of fibrin sealant in curing chronic sinus and fistula in children. Methods： 15 cases of children with chronic sinus or fistula were retrospectively analyzed. In these cases, the fibrin sealant was used after cleaning up the sinus or fistula. Results： In 15 cases, 14 of which were cured by one time and only one child was cured twice. The therapeutic efficacy was satisfactory. Conclusion： Using the fibrin sealant to seal the chronic sinus and fistula is an effective method in children. Its advantages are short time of therapy, painless and good therapeutic efficacy.
