Forsus矫治恒牙期安氏II类错下颌后缩的头影测量研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:应用Forsus治疗已过生长发育高峰期安氏Ⅱ类错下颌后缩恒牙期患者,探讨其软、硬组织的变化。方法:临床选择35例(男16例,女19例)恒牙期安氏Ⅱ类错下颌后缩患者,年龄14~16.5岁,治疗前后拍摄头颅定位侧位片,应用Spss12.0统计软件对治疗前后的测量结果进行配对t检验。结果:治疗前后上、下颌骨生长及位置改变的参数均无统计学意义变化。上切牙舌倾、伸长;上磨牙压低、远中倾斜移动;下切牙唇倾、压低;下磨牙伸长、近中倾斜移动。覆覆盖减小,磨牙关系由远中调整为中性。结论:Forsus矫治已过生长发育高峰期安氏Ⅱ类错下颌后缩患者,对上下颌骨的生长及位置改变无明显作用,磨牙关系的调整及前牙覆、覆盖的减小主要由牙齿位置的改变及牙槽区的改建所致。 Objective: To investigate the changes of soft and hard tissue of Class Ⅱ malocclusion patients with retrusive mandible treated with Forsus appliance in the late permanent dentition. Methods:35 subjects (age14-16.5) were Class Ⅱ malocclusion caused by retrognathic mandible.Lateral cephalograms were obtained after the leveling phase and then remove the appliances. Students' t-test was used to determine if there were significant differences between pre-treatment and post-treatment. Results: There were no significant changes in skeletal parameters. The mandibular incisors were protruded and intruded, whereas the maxillary incisors were retruded and extruded. The upper molars tipped distally as the lower molars tipped mesially.Overbite and overjet were reduced. Conclusion: Forsus lead to dentoalevor changes but not skeletal changes.
