HPLC法测定哈西奈德乳膏中哈西奈德的含量 被引量：1

摘要 哈西奈德系人工合成的为高效含氟和氯的皮质类固醇，其特点为抗炎作用强，局部应用不易引起全身性副作用。临床应用证明对银屑病和湿疹性皮炎疗效突出，用于银屑病。具有疗程短、副作用少特点。我院制剂哈西奈德乳膏为局部用药。收载于天津市食品药品监督管理局医疗机构制剂标准，由哈西耐德和其他辅料组成，是一种强效外用肾上腺皮质激素类药物，因其良好的抗炎、抗过敏作用，
