基于村社控制的边疆农村少年非刑罚处置研究

利用村社平台,构建适应农村社会实际和农村违法犯罪少年实际的非刑罚处置机制,村社在对违法犯罪少年的控制方面的作用主要体现在:1.行为监控;2.心理辅导;3.知识传送;4.联系反馈。

Based on village community, non- penalty mechanism should be built up which adapt to the practice of rural society and rural illegal adolescents. The village community plays a very important role in controlling the village illegal adolescents, which can be found in the four aspects： 1, behavior controlling, 2, psychological guiding, 3, knowledge transmitting, 4, relation and feedback.
