摘要
基层组织建设决定着共青团最本质的影响力、战斗力和生命力。基层组织和基层工作是共青团履行根本职责的主要载体,是实现各项功能的基本途径。我们要从青年的实际和要求出发,走内涵式发展道路,切实加强理论武装,创新工作载体,发挥能人作用,采取多种措施,营造覆盖"两个全体青年"的组织网络体系,努力履行好"组织青年、引导青年、服务青年和维护青年权益"四项基本职能,下大力气抓好基层组织建设,不断提升工作的质量和水平。
The construction of organizations at the grass - roots level decides the most essential influence, fighting power and life - force of the China Youth league. We must do it well with great efforts for firming and expanding youth mass foundation of the Party. In the recent 30 years, China＇ s economic and society has a profound change. It means chance and challenge to the youth league＇ s work. The grass - root organizations must improve the quahty and level of the work unceasingly.
