高校辅导员“专业化”面临的困境及对策

随着我国高等教育大众化,我国高校辅导员队伍不断壮大,高校辅导员队伍专业化建设迫在眉睫。本文从高校辅导员专业化的角度出发,论述了高校辅导员专业化过程中遇到的困境及原因,最后针对问题提出了高校辅导员专业化的对策。
