摘要 探讨了非预混燃烧模型在模拟甲醇燃烧室三维湍流两相燃烧数值模拟中的应用,简要介绍了非预混燃烧模型的优势。使用CFD软件对甲醇燃烧室的燃烧过程进行模拟,分别采用了平衡化学反应模型和稳态火焰面模型,模拟了甲醇燃烧室在试验参数状态下的温度场。通过对模拟结果比较后发现,两种模型在模型高温区域对温度的计算结果差别不大,但在低温区域差别较大,而平衡化学反应模型较稳态火焰模型达到平衡所需要的时间短。 In this paper, non - premixed combustion model is applied to simulating three - dimensional turbulence two - phase burning of the methanol burner, giving a briefing on advantage of non - premixed combustion model. CFD software is used for methanol combustion chamber to simulate the combustion process, and Equilibrium and steady flamelet model is respectively adopted for simulation of the temperature field in the test parameters of the combustion chamber . The calculating results were compared and analyzed, and the conclusion is presented.
