摘要 数字化制造环境下,设计产生的数模在飞机装配协调过程中的应用技术和传统的模线样板协调技术具有很大的区别。在介绍了数字化标准工装概念之后,详细阐述了基于该概念的数字化标工协调方法及其在装配协调过程中的用途和用法,总结了装配过程中的数字化协调路线。并提出当前飞机装配生产环境下混合协调技术的合理性。 In digital manufacturing environment, there is a great different between traditional modulo - line & profile -boad coordination technique and digital model which created by design process used in aircraft assembly process. After introducing the concept of digital master tooling, these usages and methods in aircraft assembly and coordination process based on the concept, digital master tooling coordinating technique, have been expatiated in detail. The digital coordination route has been summarized in the process. And then, the rationality of admixture of these two coordination techniques was provided in assembly environment at present.
