摘要
作为灵敏度极高的磁传感器，超导量子干涉器的制作工艺日臻完善，它的应用也愈来愈接近现实。本文简要介绍它的原理及应用。
Abstract The process technology of SQUIDs (Superconducting Quantum Interference Devices) has been well developed. As a kind of highly sensitive magnetic sensor, its applications almost become practices. The principles of SQUIDs and their applications are introduced in this paper.
