摘要
应用有限元单元法研究了裂纹的扩展和裂纹尖端的应力应变与应力强度因子的关系,计算了单边斜裂纹受双向拉伸时应力强度因子随裂纹角度、裂纹的长度以及板长的变化.结果表明:1)单边斜裂纹受双向拉伸的应力强度因子I型分量随裂纹角度的增加而增加,II型分量随裂纹的角度增大先增大,大于45°后逐渐减小;2)单边斜裂纹受双向拉伸的应力强度因子I型分量和II型分量均随裂纹长度的增加而增加;3)板长的影响主要体现在板长比较小时,当长宽比达到一定的值时,影响基本可以忽略.这些结果为以后的裂纹研究打下了基础.
Crack growth and the connection between stress and stress intensity factor(SIF)were studied with the finite element method. The stress intensity factor in unilateral oblique crack at biaxial oriented stress and the effect of crack length, crack angle and the length of rectangle thin plate were also calculated: 1) with the angle increasing, the SIF of mode I in unilateral oblique crack increase all along, but the SIF of mode II in unilateral oblique crack increase first, decrease at the back of 45°; 2) with crack length increasing ,the SIF of mode I and mode II in unilateral oblique crack increase; 3)the effect of pate length is obvious at small plate, when the plate length reach a certain value, the effect can ignore entirety. Those results are useful to study crack for the future.
