According to the development trends in leisure sports, the consumption basis and culture of national leisure sports was discussed based on problems of large investment in modem stadium construction, low utilization rate in high-quality resources and high operation cost, also, the feasibility of modem stadium construction merged with leisure sports facilities was analyzed on the fields of high-quality resources sharing, integration and complementary advantages. This research has very important reference value for resolving the conflict between national stadium investment and their output, and satisfying the increasing need for leisure sports.
