摘要
利用质谱技术鉴定了重组白介素－３（ｒＩＬ－３）的蛋白质纯度，精确测定了分子量、ｒＩＬ－３的胰蛋白酶酶解图谱和各肽的分子量，在较高水平上简要阐明了重组蛋白分子的完整性和与天然ＩＬ－３的一致性，这对重组蛋白的质控具有普遍的意义。
rIL 3 purity and molecular weight were accurately determined by mass spectrometry. The tryptic peptide mapping was run by HPLC and MS. The molecular weight of each peptide was determined and the result corresponded to the calculated value. rIL 3 is a intact molecule and is characterized same to native IL 3. The research indicates that the MS is simple, very effective and universal for the quality control of recombinant proteins.
