摘要
目的:观察化学疗法及核素治疗骨转移癌的疗效。方法:对骨转移癌患者分别予以化学疗法及核素治疗,观察不同方法的疗效。结果:化学疗法治疗组中骨痛的缓解率分别是完全缓解(CR)0%,部分缓解(PR)8.3%;骨显像的变化是CR0%,PR7.7%,稳定0%;而核素治疗骨转移癌的疗效明确,骨痛的缓解率达到70.3%,骨显像异常浓聚点虽然CR为0%,但PR为45.9%,稳定为43.3%。结论:核素治疗骨转移疗效明确,其中153Sm?EDTMP疗效更优于89SrCl2。
Objective: To observe the treatment efficacy of chemotherapy vs radionuclide therapy in multiple bone metastasis. Methods: A cohort of patients with multiple bone metastasis were randomized to receive chemotherapy or radionuclide therapy. Treatment efficacy of these two modalities were compared between the groups. Results: Chemotherapy resulted in relief of osteodynia with 0% by complete remission(CR) and 8.3% by partial remission(PR), and improvement of bone imaging with 0% by CR, 7.7% by PR and 0% by stability (ST). On the other hand, radionuclide therapy significantly resulted in 70.3% relief of osteodynia. While the improvement of abnormal nuclide accumulations in bone images was 0% by CR, the PR was 45.9% and ST was 43.3%. Conclusion: Radionuclide therapy appeared to provide more demonstrated efficacy for treatment of multiple bone metastasis. ^153Sm-EDTMP resulted in more favorable outcomes as compared with ^89SrCl2.
