摘要
目的探讨三氯乙烯(TCE)对接触者免疫球蛋白水平和脂质过氧化作用。方法选择50名TCE接触者为TCE接触组,50名不接触TCE的健康对照组以及5名TCE中毒病人作为观察对象,分别测定外周血液中IgA、IgE、IgG、IgM水平,并测定丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力。结果TCE接触组及TCE中毒组与对照组比较,IgA、IgE和IgG水平无明显改变;TCE接触组与对照组比较,IgM水平下降(t=3.38,P<0.01);TCE中毒组与对照组比较,IgM水平下降(t=2.16,P<0.05)。MDA、SOD和GSH-PX水平在TCE接触组和TCE中毒病人中明显升高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论接触三氯乙烯可致部分免疫球蛋白水平改变,明显增强体内脂质过氧化作用。
[ Objective] To explore the immunoglobulin levels and lipid peroxidation in workers exposed to trichloroethylene {TCE). [ Methods] 50 TCE-exposed workers and 50 healthy workers as well as 5 TCE patients were selected as the subjects. The levels of IgA, IgE, IgG, and IgM in peripheral blood were measured, additionally, MDA content, vitality of SOD and GSH-PX were determined. [ Results] No differences were observed for the levels of IgA, IgE and IgG among TCE-exposed workers and TCE patients when compared with the control, but IgM level decreased in the group of TCE-exposed workers ( t = 3.38, P 〈 0. 01 ) and TCE patients( t =2. 16, P 〈 0.05 }. Furthermore, levels of MDA, SOD and GSH-PX increased obviously in the group of TCE-exposed workers and TCE patients with comparison to control, the differences were significant( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0.05 }. [ Conclusion] Trichloroethylene can change some immunoglobulin levels, and induce obvious lipid peroxidation.
