摘要 目的建立微波消解氢化物发生一原子荧光光度法测定尿中砷的方法。方法采用密闭微波制样系统消解。双道原子荧光光度计测定。结果线性范围0~100μg/L,检出限0.36μg/L,样品加标回收率88.3%-98.7%。结论该方法具有操作简单,灵敏度高,线性范围宽,结果准确可靠特别适合于尿中砷的测定。 [ Objective] To establish the microwave digestion hydride generation-a method for arsenic detection in urine by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. [ Methods]The method of digestion by confined microwave digestion system was adopted to conduct digestion and dual channel atomic fluorescence photometer was employed for determination. [ Results] The calibration curve for arsenic ranged from 0 - 100 μg/L. Detection limit was 0.36 μg/L and the recoveries of standard addition was 88.3% - 98.7%. [ Conclusion] This method is applicable to determination of arsenic in urine for its simple, rapid, sensitive and of reliable results.
