摘要
目的探讨乙醇对小鼠肝组织脂质过氧化和ATP酶活力的影响及意义。方法将60只小鼠随机分为高、中、低3个染毒剂量组和1个对照组。3个染毒剂量组分别以不同剂量经口染毒3 d后,对各组肝组织进行过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及Na+-K+-ATP酶活力、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活力的测定。结果与对照组比较,乙醇染毒组小鼠肝组织中SOD、GSH-Px活力明显下降、MDA浓度显著增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组比较,高、中剂量染毒组ATP酶活力呈显著下降趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论乙醇所致对小鼠肝组织脂质过氧化增强和ATP酶活力的下降,可能是乙醇导致肝功能损伤的机制之一。
[ Objective] To explore the effect of alcohol on lipid peroxidation level and ATPase of the liver tissue in mice [ Methods ] 60 mice were randomly divided into high, medium, and low dose groups and a control group. Different doses of alcohol were poisoned in each poisoning group daily for 3 days, and SOD activities, GSH-Px activities, MDA concentration, Na^+K^+ -ATPase activities and Ca^2+ -Mg^2+ -ATP activities in liver tissue were measured respectively. [ Results] Compared with control group, the activities of SOD and GSH-Px decreased significantly and the concentration of MDA increased significantly of liver tissue in each poisoning group, the difference was significant ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; compared with control group, the ATPase activities of liver tissue in high and medium poisoning groups, the difference was significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion] Alcohol changes lipid peroxidation level and decreases activity of ATPase in liver tissue in mice, which might be one of mechanisms of their liver impairment induced by alcohol.
