摘要
目的了解西安市布菌病感染现况。方法根据《陕西省布病监测方案》开展监测,病例判定依据GB 15988-1995。结果2008年对5区(县)2630人进行监测,采集职业人群血清485份,琥红平板凝集试验(RBPT)筛检阳性34人(7.01%),阳性率最高的莲湖区(22.22%),其次为高陵县(12.41%)和阎良区(6.10%),均为屠宰、饲养人员,阳性率间差异有统计学意义(χ2=27.14,P<0.01);试管凝集试验(SAT)复检阳性20人(58.82%),不同区县阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.98,P<0.01),判定病例和隐性感染者分别为9例和11例;职业分布显示:RBPT阳性率以屠宰(19.79%)最高,其次为饲养(6.85%),兽医等其他人群未检出,经χ2检验,职业间感染率差异有统计学意义(χ2=36.88,P<0.01)。结论西安市疫情发病有蔓延趋势,应密切关注人、畜动态发病。
[ Objective ] To analysis the epidemic status of brucellosis in Xi'an. [ Methods] The surveillance was performed according to the Requirement of Shaanxi Project on Inspection of Brucellosis. Patients were diagnosed in accordance with GB 15988-1995. [Results] 2630 people of 5 districts were inspected in 2008. 485 blood serum samples of occupational group were"collected. 34 samples ( 7.01% ) were positive in rose bengal plate test ( RBPT), All of positive samples were slaughter and breeding stuff. The positive rate of Lianhu district was the highest ( 22.22% ), that of Gaoling district ( 12.41% ) and Yanliang district (6.10%) was in the next place , and there was significant difference in positive rate( χ^2 =27.14, P 〈0.01 ). 20 (58.82%) cases were positive in the repeat test of the standard tube agglutination test(SAT), the difference in positive rate among districts was significant (χ^2 = 11.98, P 〈 0. 01 ). The confirmed patients and hidden infection patients were 9 cases and llcases respectively. About the occupation, slaughter (19.79% ) was the highest, breeding (6. 85% ) was in the next place , and other occupation as veterinarian was non-detected. There was significant difference in the infection rates among occupations (χ^2 =36.88, P 〈0.01). [ Conclusion] It was proved that epidemic status of Brucellosis had a spread tendency. The infection of people and animals should be observed dynamically.
