贵州省修文县2006—2008年高考学生乙型肝炎病毒感染状况

Investigation on the Situation of Hepatitis B Virus Infection among the High School Students

目的了解贵州省修文县高中学生乙型肝炎病毒感染状况,为该县的乙型肝炎防治工作提供依据。方法对修文县2006—2008年高考学生体检,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法对体检学生进行HBsAg检测。结果3年检测4615例高考学生,共检出HBsAg阳性108例,阳性率为2.34%。其中男生2633例,阳性69例,阳性率2.62%;女生1982例,阳性39例,阳性率1.97%。男生感染率高于女生。结论该县高中生乙型肝炎病毒感染的阳性率低于全国平均水平,但仍应加强学校卫生防病工作,落实综合防病措施,保护学生的身体健康。

[Objective]To learn the situation of hepatitis B virus infection among the high school students in Wenxiu County and provide evidence for the prevention and control of hepatitis B. [ Methods] ELISA was applied to detect HBsAg among the students who were preparing for the entrance examination since 2006 to 2008. [ Results] Among the 4615 detected students during the 3 years, 108 cases （ 69 males and 39 females, 2.62% and 1.79% respectively） were detected with positive HBsAg; the infection rate was higher among males than that among females. [ Conclusion ] The infection rate of hepatitis B virus among the high school students is lower than the national average level; but the sanitary prevention work should also be strengthened in order to protect the physical health of the students.
