摘要
鉴于直膨式太阳能热泵多功能复合机(DX-SAHPM)实验系统研究需要,该文给出了温度、压力、流量检测和热物理参数实时监控的PLC监控系统设计方案。该方案实现了太阳能热泵多功能复合机实验系统工况参数的自动检测、PID控制、监控与存储,并可根据系统实际检测需要进行必要的功能扩展(包括参数实时动态显示、热性能系数COP计算等),从而实现对被控量的智能控制。
The PLC detection and control system devise for thermophysical parameters, such as temperature, pressure and flux were described, in view of research requirement of direct-expansion solar assisted heat pump multi-function machine (DX-SAHPM). The scheme realized parameter auto-detection, PID control and storage, simultaneously, can make function extension according to actual demand, such as parameter dynamic display and COP evaluation, so as to realize intelligent control of above mentioned parameters.
