碳酸钙的表面改性研究

摘要 采用硬脂酸钠对碳酸钙进行湿法表面改性研究。研究了改性剂用量、改性时间、改性温度对改性效果的影响,通过沉降速度和活化指数等表面物化性能评价了碳酸钙粉体的改性效果。实验结果表明,最佳的改性工艺条件为:改性剂用量2%(质量分数),改性时间1 h,改性温度85℃。改性后的碳酸钙粉体表面性质发生了明显的变化,沉降速度减慢,活化指数增大。 Wet surface modification of calcium carbonate was studied by sodium stearate. M1 kinds of factors were discussed such as dosage, time, and temperature. At the same time, modified effect was evaluated by sedimentation speed and activation index. Experimental restdts showed that the best modified condition was that the dosage of modifier was 2%, time was 1 h, temperature was 85 ℃. Obvious changes happened to surface properties of modified calcium carbonate powders, for example, sedimentation speed decreased and activation index increased.
