摘要
由于近年来边缘残矿入选量增大,拉低入选原矿品位,导致选别流程不适应现目前的实际生产需要。加之原来的PMHIS600 mm×1200 mm三辊永磁干式磁选机进入"疲劳"期,最终导致粗中粒级尾矿的品位偏高,选别效果不理想。在2008年年初,选厂对粗中粒级矿石的选别流程进行技术改进,将原有粗粒级选矿流程"一粗一扫"改为"一粗二扫",中粒级选矿流程"一粗两扫"改为"一粗一扫",并采用新型的DPMSO312型永磁干式磁选机代替进入"疲劳"期的PMHIS600 mm×1200 mm三辊永磁干式磁选机,经过1年的生产实践,取得了粗中粒级尾矿品位降低、各项生产指标均达到预期目标的显著效果。
Because of the recent years of edge remnant ore being selected, we have pulled the low selected and un- dressed ore personal status, which causes the classification flow not to meet the present actual production. With the original PMHISФ100 mm × 1 200 mm 3 roller of permanent magnetism dry type in magnetic ore separator to enter"wearily'the time, we finally causes the thick grade debris of the personal status to be high, the classification effect is not ideal.
