摘要
针对硅锰合金电炉的出铁口使用寿命短及易损坏的问题,通过损坏机理分析方法对出铁口寿命短及易损坏原因进行全面分析,并从电炉工艺操作、耐火材料砌筑方法、电极操作方式等方面进行改进,最大限度地延长出铁口使用寿命。经实际应用证明该方法在冶炼生产中取得实效。
This thesis aims at the problems of short service life and easy damage of the tapping hole of the silicon - manganese arc furnace. It analyzes comprehensively the short service life and easy damage of the tapping hole via the analysis of the damage mechanism, and the arc furnace is improved from aspects of the process operation,masonry method of refractory materials, operation mode of electrodes etc,extending the service life of the tapping hole utmost. As it is proved by the practical application, this method is effective in the practical smelting production.
