摘要
高速复杂电机转子的振动和临界转速分析,对于确保其在安全转速范围内工作具有重要的意义。目前国内外最常用的分析方法主要有两种,一种是传递矩阵法,另一种是有限元法。本文针对大型感应电机转子的振动,采用模态分析的方法进行分析及临界转速计算。先使用实体建模软件Solidworks进行实体建模并且计算质量,再通过有限元分析软件ANSYS建立简化模型,进行分析计算,得出相应的数据结果,然后算出临界速度和固有频率,最后将分析结果与DyRoBeS仿真结果进行比较以验证本研究方法的准确性。
It is very important to analyze vibration and critical speed of rotor for high-speed and complex motor for its safety. There are two common analysis methods on rotor vibration at present, transfer matrix method and finite element method. Modal analysis was made on the vibration and critical speed calculation of rotors for large induction motor. Solidworks software was used to solid modeling and mass estimating. Simplified model was established by ANSYS, an finite element software for analysis and calculation of critical speed and natural frequency. Examination of the test result was compared with DyRoBes' simulation results.
