摘要
对红森藜芦采用"森生1号"和"森生2号"2种生根剂、500 mg/kg和1 000 mg/kg 2种浓度、浸泡和速蘸2种浸蘸方法进行了扦插繁殖对比试验,结果表明:以"森生2号"500 mg/kg浓度浸泡2 s,红森藜芦的生根率最高,达90.3%;根系占地下空间体积以"森生1号"500 mg/kg浓度速蘸2 s最大,达9.21 cm3,新梢生长也相对较好,因此,红森藜芦扦插繁殖以"森生1号"500 mg/kg浓度速蘸2 s为好。
Experiment on propagation by cuttage of Leucothoe scarletta 'Hongsen' was undertook with treatment of rooting hormones "Sensheng 1' and "Sensheng.2', of concentration of 500 mg/kg and 1 000 mg/kg, and soaking and quick dipping, The result showed that rooting rate of cuttage could top to 90.3% with 'Sensheng 2' of concentration of 500 mg/kg and soaking for 2 seconds. Root system volume of cuttage reached 9.21cm^3 treated by quick dipping 'Sensheng 1' of concentration of 500 mg/kg, and new shoot growth was better. As a result, the optimum method for L. scarletta 'Hongsen' propagation by cuttage was as follows: quick dipping by 'Sensheng 1' of concentration of 500 mg/kg for 2 seconds.
