摘要
以林木害虫舞毒蛾为实验材料,用不同剂量超声波处理舞毒蛾虫卵,观察处理后虫卵死亡率的变化情况,结果表明:随着超声波剂量的增大死亡率有明显上升的趋势,超声波作用生物效应显著,当作用时间为40 min时,孵化率急剧下降,低于50%,当作用时间超过120 min时,虫卵几乎全部死亡。
Lymantria dispar eggs were irradiated by different ultrasonic dose and observation on the change of irradiated eggs hatchability indicated that the hatchability rate decreased with the increase of ultrasonic dose, meaning evident biological effect. When radiation duration reached 40 minutes, the hatchability dropped down quickly with under 50%, when radiation duration was 120 minutes, all eggs died.
