摘要
以甜菜心嫩茎为外植体,研究了不同浓度激素对嫩茎愈伤组织诱导、分化、生根的影响,以及不同基质对移栽和扦插成活的影响。结果表明,愈伤组织诱导的理想培养基为MS+BA 0.8 mg/L+2,4-D 1 mg/L,MS+AgNO32.0 mg/L+BA 0.5 mg/L+IAA 0.1 mg/L是甜菜心愈伤组织分化培养和不定芽分化继代培养的理想培养基;生根的理想培养基为1/2 MS+IAA 0.5 mg/L。
Using young stems of Brassica campestris as explants, the effects of different hormone concentration on callus induction, differentiation, root production and the effects of different media on transplanting and cutting were studied. The results show that the best culture medium for callus inducing is MS+BA 0.8 mg/L+2,4-D1 mg/L, MS+AgNO3 2.0 mg/L+BA 0.5 mg/L+IAA 0.1 mg/L is better for callus differentiation and adventitious buds subculture, the medium for root producing is 1/2MS+IAA 0.5 mg/L.
