摘要 针对飞行器隐身外形设计优化问题,建立一套复杂隐身外形的参数化建模方法;应用基于正交试验设计的参数影响程度分析方法,从众多外形参数中选取设计变量;为隐身与气动学科分析构建代理模型,以提高优化效率;采用分层次的多目标优化策略进行隐身、气动综合优化;最后以一隐身外形翼身组合体的设计优化为算例,检验了以上方法的可行性和有效性. To solve the aircraft stealth shape design and optimization problem, a parametric modeling technique for complicated aircraft shape is proposed. Analysis of parameters impact based on orthogonal design of experiment is used to choose the design variables among excessive parameters. In order to im- prove the optimization efficiency, the surrogate model is built for RCS and aerodynamic computation. The multi-level optimization strategy is used in the stealth & aerodynamic integrated optimization. In the case of a wing-body combination stealth shape design and optimization, the techniques above are verified to be feasible and effective.
